A two hour session is recommended for first time paddleboarders.  Group rates available for parties of more than two.  Call for scheduling.

Utilizing a stand up board and paddle, Paddle Board Fitness will show you the benefits of building strength through balance and resistance, as well as how stand up paddling burns calories. A total core and cardiovascular workout, either in a lake or the ocean, stand up paddling works your entire body and mind.
