My Stand Up Paddle Board lesson with Maui B’s was a great experience. It was fun and not too difficult. It was something different than the usual activities my boyfriend and I do.

We both love the water and enjoyed interacting with nature while getting some exercise.

We were pleasantly surprised by Manatees and Dolphins in the water around us - the Manatees came right up to our boards.

I got the lesson for him for a birthday gift and he loved it. We will definitely do it again.

The workout was great. The balancing engaged my core and the constant paddling worked my arms. It never felt like I was working out because it was so much fun.

I would recommend this to anyone. It's something that is different and exciting to be active out in the water. You get to interact with nature and enjoy the water, sun, and nature while getting exercise. Working out in the gym can be so dull and routine, this is anything but.

· These boards are available in a variety of sizes and you should always choose a board which suits you according to your height and be able to demo it before buying.  If the seller can’t tell you anything about the construction chances are they are just in it for a fast buck and are pushing boards of inferior construction.

· Most of these boards have double concave or concave bottoms and three fins so that you can get optimum directional stability.
